Building Regs. drawings -Permitted Development

Description

I need plans for an extension to extend ground floor roughly 4m x 4m with a high ceiling to accommodate staircase leading to first floor. I will supply scaled drawing of the existing ground and fist floor. Only require plans for building regs. since no planning will be required as it falls within permitted development. You take into account the cost of extension which must be kept to minimum
