Residential site layout

Hi everyone, We are a small construction company in the UK and have secured a number of potential site, primarily small paddocks or large gardens, I am looking to work with someone who is able to provide a service whereby they are given the details of the site (google views, photos, measurements, post code) along with a small brief of what we are looking for (example would be 0.5 hectares level site and looking for 5 residential units with the noted access point and required width).This proposal is then to show the landowner what we are proposing prior to having architects drawings
