Graphic designer needed for ongoing workprojects

Hi
I have ongoing where I need a simple, cheap solution for a design job, my initial priority is a redesign of an existing website, the website will be aimed at adults in Birmingham UK and will provide monthly local news, info, reviews, articles etc.
I have a very good wordpress developer that you can work with to get this completed.
The link below shows a previous design that was rejected as the logo was poor, all very generic stock photos, nothing personal/iconic about the city, the menu is incorrect (home, about, services, my hub, contact)https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1AjOPj5Wk9ptzwF0_OY4uzwEvLniGY6mS?usp=drive_linkI will also be creating a short animated promo video which will be placed on the homepage so a placeholder will have to be used for now.
I cannot continue with remaining page designs until I am happy with the homepage design so suggest using this proposal period to offer examples of how you could help...if you provide a decent homepage design example and provide a decent price for additional 7 page designs the likely to award job to you.
Once completed I have another website where I have to repeat process above.
I can pay £15 p/h and need to get the above done for under £200 (not necessarily £200 as I need to spread my budget and if designers keep trying to get max cash per job and not work with me to get the most out of my small budget)
