Re draw a section of images as single paths in illustrator

Description

I need images much like the attached to be redrawn in illustrator as single paths so we can change the width of the lines/stroke easily and fill cooler where required. We need these items delivered soon. I will only consider applications where the reply reference what this example image is.We will have up to around 5 of these, this is the most complicated. There will be ongoing work for this client.
