Transcription of very short video clip in English

Description

I need somebody to transcribe a couple of words that I can't make out in a video clip. I have attached a sample where I need to know what the interviewer says at 00:08. This is repeated by the person on the right a couple of seconds later.If you are sure you know what they say, please send me a quote for this gig. I have another video where I need the transcription of a sentence as well.
