Setting up courses on moodle

Description

I need a freelancer who can setup moodle or any other free platform. We have 6 courses with 4 to 5 subjects each.Each subject has appx 10 tto 12 modules.I want to give access to students for e learning, assignment submission and tutor should be able to mark , feedback etc.Admin, tutor and students will have different areas.All materials are ready as we are migrating from other platform.
