Description:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Figma Email Marketing Designer who specializes in designing visually appealing and effective email marketing campaigns to be integrated with Mailchimp. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills in creating engaging email designs, a deep understanding of email marketing strategies, and the ability to tell a story through simple clean email visuals. We are HEAVY on storytelling. Proficiency in Slack for team communication and a collaborative approach to receiving and implementing feedback are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and design high-quality, responsive email templates and campaigns using Figma, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.
- A/B Testing and Optimization: Test email templates across various platforms and email clients; analyze and optimize for maximum performance.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with marketing teams to understand requirements and objectives. Provide and receive feedback constructively through Slack, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Project Management: Manage multiple email campaign projects from concept to completion within deadlines.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends in email marketing design and technologies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in designing email campaigns in Figma and integrating with Mailchimp.
- Strong technical skills in Figma, Mailchimp, HTML/CSS for email design, and familiarity with responsive design principles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be proficient in using Slack for daily communications and project updates.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, accepting and providing feedback constructively.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in Graphic Design and Email Marketing- Experience in digital marketing or a related industry.- Familiarity with analytics tools for campaign performance analysis.
