Setting up Notion for Project Management with Full Integration

Description

I am looking for an expert with Notion to help me make the account I have to manage my works more functional and automated.
I work in architecture and design and have freelancers that work for me. I manage the projects using Notion but I need help making the system work better for me. I need to set up their calendars to understand their full working week for time management, task management. I need to simply upload projects to them and to simply add tasks and revisions to the works etc.
I also need to use Notion for my party wall surveying business so that the system help me keep up to date with all projects allocate tasks to my workers.
I will need continual help with Notion until I am fully satisfied with the system running. Please only apply if you are an expert in Notion itself and can fully help and offer more advise and improvement.
