We are a leather goods brand with an offline presence, now preparing to launch across major U.S.-based e-commerce platforms — and we’re looking for a sharp, experienced professional to build our online sales channels from scratch.
Your Role Will Include:
Setting up and managing stores on Amazon (FBA), Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, and eBay
Running lead generation and conversion campaigns on Facebook/Instagram & Google Ads
Managing budgets and maximizing ROI across all platforms
Writing and optimizing product listings for high conversion
Monitoring sales, analytics, and performance reporting
You Must Have:
Proven experience with Amazon FBA setup and success
Past performance with Shopify, Walmart, or eBay (at least two preferred)
Strong command of paid ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon PPC)
Portfolio or proof of results: dashboards, screenshots, or case studies
Fluent written English (for listings, campaigns, and communication)
Compensation:
Base pay (as per industry standards)
Commission on sales
Performance bonuses for hitting and exceeding targets
Higher salary consideration if you can prove success with multiple product types or show strong past case studies
