What We Need:We want a tool or system that allows us to:
Select materials, labour, and other cost items from a maintained database.
Input and update prices in the background, including material costs, labour rates, and markup percentages.
Auto-calculate totals based on item selection and markup rules.
Generate clean, branded PDF quotations for clients quickly.
How It Should Work:I will maintain a master database of costs (materials/labour/markup).
The system should allow team members to build quotes by selecting relevant items.
It should then automatically apply markup, calculate totals, and allow the final quote to be downloaded or sent as a PDF.
