Description

I need some landing page ideas for a new business venture. Our main business is at https://bdsx.uk. We now have a new business at https://www.propertymonsters.co.uk/ but we need a new landing page that'll really promote what we do.
Property Monsters completes checkouts for landlords. So when a tenant leaves our system allows a checkout clerk to visit and complete a report that lets the Landlord know the property's condition. Our system is an in-depth survey which finds almost every issue within the property and not like every other one out there which takes pictures and a few notes. Our system also lets the landlord know what needs to be done to get it ready for the next Tenant with a fully costed schedule. They can use this to charge the ex-tenant from their deposit but also to get routine maintenance done to keep the property to a high standard.
The landing page needs to be simple and to the point. It will have an attention-grabbing headline and image as well as sections on What, Why, How.
We need ideas as to how we can make the business look professional but with a fun edge like our logo and name "Property Monsters"
To clarify we will need 3 designs based on corporate, clean but fun.
