Project Description:This project aims to set up a comprehensive Driver Recruitment Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system using Zoho or Salesforce, or any other suitable platform available in the market. The CRM will integrate with Indeed for job recruitment and include live interview functionality. It will also feature a video module to guide candidates through the landing page funnel. The project includes automating follow-up emails or texts for candidates not interested in the job role, as well as an application process for taxi company licenses. Additionally, the project involves creating videos for each council licensing details, allowing applicants to choose their preferred council. Furthermore, the CRM will enable the collection of application fees and provide sections for completion after payment, such as DBS check, medical booking, safeguarding test, and driving test.
Platform Selection:The CRM system will be developed using Zoho, Salesforce, or any other suitable platform based on a thorough evaluation of features, compatibility with requirements, and cost-effectiveness.
Functionalities and Features:
Video Induction:Create a video explaining the job details, which will serve as the first step for potential candidates to understand the role.
Landing Page Funnel:Implement a landing page funnel with the following options:a. Interested candidates can click a button to arrange an interview.b. Candidates not interested will be automatically redirected to records for future consideration.
Indeed Integration:Integrate the CRM system with the Indeed job platform for seamless job posting and application management.
Automated Follow-up:Set up an automated system to regularly send emails or texts to candidates who expressed interest but did not proceed, encouraging them to join the company.
Licensing Authority Videos:Create videos for each council's licensing details, allowing applicants to select their preferred council during the application process.
