Architect: UK Retirement Village Development Design

Description

Can you design 2D floor planning of a block of retirement apartments in UK with template apartments plans provided.
I can provide:- typical retirement apartment size and layout to copy- a retirement village as an example- site dimensions
i want you to use the template apartments provided to create a 4 storey building of apartments on "existing site plan" with 1 car parking space per apartment, car parking being on north and north east side of site. Must confirm to UK regulations.
Add public amenities inside which include: staff office, resident lounge, resident cinema, resident kitchen room near lounge, internal bin storage room, internal buggy store, elevators, fire stairways, garden etc.
i give you the floor plans of the apartments to use and the site layout and you see how many apartments you can fit in the site in a "H" or "U" shape building.
