Application for cleaners

Description

I have an Air BnB. Cleaners come on a regular basis to do the cleaning. I would like an app that would allow the cleaners so have the photo and just tick a box saying "YES" or "NO". For example:- There is a photo of the kitchen with the cleaning products at a specific place. The cleaners need to leave these cleaning products exactly like on the photo and confirm on the app by saying YES.- There is a photo of a room. They need to check the room they have cleaned looks like on the photo and they need to approve in the app.At the end of the cleaning, they need to click on SUBMIT.So its a very simple app I am requesting. I should have the possibility to add pictures and boxes without pictures as well.
