Workflow Automation • Automatically generate and send: • Hire agreements • Repair estimates • Recovery/storage invoices • Letters of claim and follow-ups • Trigger time-based escalations if insurers do not respond within 15–30 days • Assign and monitor hire vehicle usage 4. Credit Hire & Repair Tracking • Record hire start/return dates • Log vehicle assignment • Track storage duration • Monitor repair progress • Invoice generation and claim flagging 5.
