IOS + Android development + upload to both stores.

I've been a designer for many years, and have even designed and helped develop an app a few years ago which lived on the IOS app store, so I'm fairly familiar with the process but don't really have the time, even with recent developments in AI! I have an app which i've recently designed and I need someone to develop and uploaded it onto both app stores. The app is fairly straightforward, and uses an API to call for information (I have the API key which I also need hidden - this is important). The information from the API will then provide the user with some information. The app mainly consists of 3 or 4 pages, and once the app saves a users location the user should only really need to stay on one page. I'm looking for some quotes at this stage.
