Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering user-centric and visually appealing interfaces for a variety of digital products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to conceptualize, design, and iterate on product interfaces. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to create intuitive, engaging, and seamless user experiences across multiple screens.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand product requirements, user needs, and business goals.Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces for 20 screens across multiple digital products.Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs.Ensure consistency and maintain design standards across all screens and products.Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure successful implementation of designs.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in user interface design.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field. (Master's degree is a plus)Proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought process.Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Experience in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.Strong knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles.Familiarity with design systems, style guides, and component-based design.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and decisions.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:
