Custom calculation based fees quote and CMS

Description

Hi I need a quote generator for our website that involves user input calculations and gives a final price. The quote generator must be very elegant and easy to use i.e. it gives user options in a clickable way with minimal entry.
Once all steps are completed, a fee is given. At this time, there are two options for the client to sign up online and pay or leave their details. For option 1, the after entering his details or company, the same fees is added to the contract and e-sign is needed. I have a spreadsheet that explains every thing. I would like to know how much you charge. We need to finish this project by the end of the week. Also. if someone plans to leave without completing a pop-up, "Are you sure". etc
