I would like an app which runs on iOS and Android where I can upload films up to 1GB each for users to watch on a pay per view basis. I do not need big design or UX expertise at this time, just a minimum viable product app which demonstrates the functionality. The main feature I need is a friction-free payment facility when the user enters payment details but can then select a film to watch for a price without having to confirm payment between selection of the film and the start of watching - this "friction free" element is critical. If you can help me, please reply and I will send a fuller brief. Please note that I would welcome seeing similar work you may have done before

For the client (IP address: 39.60.124.38, host name: "39.60.124.38", port number: 56504), connection "CID-4992" has been created. SSL communication for connection "CID-4992" has been started. The encryption algorithm name is "TLS_AES_256_GCM_SHA384". Connection "CID-4992" terminated by the cause "A client which is non-SoftEther VPN software has connected to the port." (code 5).
