Excel support consolidating data

Description

I have a requirement for some support on Excel to consolidate data. I have a data dump on Excel for a list of jobs that need to be completed. These jobs require me to visit a site on different periods over the year (weekly, two weekly, monthly, bi monthly etc). When there is a crossover between any of these time periods I require one line to be created, rather than multiple lines.
I have attached some sample data - lines 11 to 19 are the best example. Column M explains the frequency of the service for that product (e.g how many times per year).
