AI Expert - Local Language Models

Description

We are seeking an AI expert to assist us in developing a tool that utilizes a local language model to read and analyze documents stored locally. The primary objective is to generate summaries or conduct content analysis. Another secondary objective is to be able to re-write large PowerPoint files without changing the content, just rephrasing. The expert will guide in selecting the most suitable LLM and installing it. They will also address any limitations of the chosen LLM and explore the possibility of automating content querying through tokens in Python, similar to ChatGPT. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of AI and natural language processing and be able to write code to implement the desired functionality. We would prefer to use a well-known LLM to ensure the quality and availability of support/answers online for issues. the LLM will be given access to many internal documents so we have to know what is the best mechanism to load those documents. All documents have to be stored locally.
