Comprehensive schedule of materials, listing all materials required for the job, by delivery date and not simply a total amount.
For example, bricks might be a total quantity of 10,000 bricks, but it wouldn't be feasible to order all this at once, we need to know when to order, at what stage of the build and how much of it.
Another example might be steel beams, might need to order ground floor beams first, then first floor/2nd floor.
The project will be a 18-Week Build with a 4-man team (2 x labourers, 2 x multi-skilled).
Building regs, Structural drawings, Architect drawings, Landscape drawings, Drainage drawings, Site photos. Electrics/Plumbing - Socket/light/Radiator quantities provided to support the report.
