I require assistance in resolving and troubleshooting various Excel formula and functional issues that I have encountered. As a non-specialist Excel user, complex calculations and nested functions often prove challenging for me to decipher and implement correctly. The tasks will involve analyzing Excel workbooks containing numerical data and conditional formatting, identifying logic or syntax errors in the formulae, and providing corrected formulas or VBA code as solutions. Some examples of the type of problems include calculating totals and weighted averages across multiple sheets, indexing and matching data based on criteria, aggregating variable ranges, and creating pivot tables and charts from raw data. My ultimate goal is to streamline processes, gain a better understanding of Excel's capabilities, and reduce reliance on manual workarounds. The ability to communicate steps clearly both verbally and in writing is important. Prior experience working with advanced Excel features such as Vlookups, IF statements, conditional formatting etc. as well as excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills will be valued. As I will be providing the files and data for review, discretion must be maintained. This is a short-term contracting opportunity. The successful bidder will have proven expertise in untangling complex Excel issues to deliver robust, well documented solutions.

Sycous are a metering and billing company, we provide services setting up utility metering networks and billing customers. We bill customers under our own mySycous brand but also provide white-labelling services to some of our clients, where our team manage customers appearing as our clients brand. As a result of this, we manage 5 websites (3 of which are on the same Craft CMS Multi-Site) all run using Craft CMS. We require a Craft CMS Developer to support our Marketing Team and Internal Development Team (Who work on our billing software) in fixing bugs, adding new site features and updating latest Craft versions/plugins. There is also the potential for future website clone projects where our mySycous website would need to be updated into one of our clients branding. So far, the websites in our portfolio have been developed and are live, some in the past year and some over a few years ago. Craft CMS and plugin versions have been updated in this time. We currently have some small bugs and website updates that need to be addressed across all sites. We would like to start with fixing issues on our Consumer Website Craft CMS Multi-Site after this work is completed we would like to look at our Sycous Commercial Website and Client 3 Consumer Website. Details of current issues can be provided subject to an NDA. We would also like someone to support our in-house Development Team in understanding and building a release process in Azure Dev Ops, for continuous integration and continuous deployment CI/CD to update composer/craft/plugins. Please view the attached document with our full project outline. Full list of updates/bugs can be explained and priced subject to an NDA. We aim to agree a fixed price for the completion of this work within agreed timescales.
