Google Apps Script Integration: Use Google Apps Script to integrate and automate the syncing process between the Google Calendar API and the various rooms’ calendars. The solution should be cloud-based and should not require manual intervention once set up. Time Synchronization: Ensure that events sync correctly with respect to time zones and that no double bookings occur between rooms.
