Converting PDF from text-based to a graphics-based

Description

I am looking to change the attached mostly test-based 2-page brochure/PDF to a graphics-based one so that readers don;t have to read so much text. I am not sure how to replace the existing text though nor do i have some kind of reference so i will rely on your expertise for all that.
As part of your bid please give me an quick / simple example of the kind of the kind of changes you would recommend and have in mind which would convey the same messages but in graphics form. Otherwise please do not bid.
