Theme installation and brand matching.

I am looking for someone to reinstall a theme for me, I purchased a theme from Envato however, unfortunately, it does not contain the style.css file and therefore cannot be installed into Wordpress straight away.
To do:- Install the theme for me, I don't need any fancy styling the style is to be static. - Change colours in the theme to match my logo.
