Professional Email Signature Design for Outlook – 10 Samples

We are a small, well-established family run business in the UK called Courtcraft Ltd. We specialise in the installation and maintenance of squash courts and timber sports flooring. We’re looking for a creative freelancer to design a professional, modern email signature for our Outlook 365 business accounts.
What we need:• A sharp, branded email signature design to reflect our business• Must include:o Company name and contact infoo Staff member name, job titleo Company logoo Social media icons (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok – all clickable)o Website URLo A banner across the bottom to promote our business or servicesDeliverables:• Ten different design concepts for us to choose six from• Final approved signature delivered in a format we can use with:o CodeTwo (which we currently use for email templates), oro Direct import into Outlook 365 email signatures• Mobile and desktop compatible• HTML file and all required assets• Option for basic edits to swap out staff-specific details once a design is chosenAdditional Info:We want something modern, clean, and professional.
