Need tooltips to work on a touchscreen

Description

I have a plugin that uses tooltips to display additional information.
These work using :hover on a normal screen but not on a mobile phone (because there is no hover).
They should work on touch but don't and I can't work out why.

I suspect it's going to be something really simple so shouldn't take long to fix.
