Real-time scraper for recado.ch – detect early car listings

Description

I'm looking for a developer to build a Windows-based tool that monitors **recado.ch** for new car listings every 5 seconds – ideally detecting them **before they are visible on the public website**.
This is **Phase 1** of a larger project. If successful, further work (GUI, automation, OCR, etc.) will be offered long-term.
### ✅ Phase 1 Requirements:- Real-time scraping (every 5 seconds)- Detect listings before public visibility (via hidden endpoints or feed)- Display: - Title - Year - Mileage - Start price + Buy-now price - Extracted phone number (from listing text) - Timestamps: when published & when detected- Play notification sound when a new listing is found- Output can be simple (text or basic window)
### ⚙️ Tech stack:- Python for logic & scraping- Lightweight output (CLI or minimal GUI)- No frameworks required at this stage
