Graphic designer needed to create a one-pager

Description

We require a leave-behind one-pager for prospective clients. Most of the assets already exist (although open to expanding work to include that if the right talent comes along).
Deliverables- one page pdf summarizing Bread & Butter's core offering
Deadline- no hard deadline but being able to take the job and complete it as soon as possible would be preferable
Assuming all goes well there will be other opportunities to build out alternative one-pagers targeting different niches
