Android App Where Player's Motions Can Move Objects

Description

I want to make an android app where objects move using the motion of the player's body. Or players are able to interact with objects with motion. I understand that I will need to incorporate an infrared camera to make this possible. So I need someone who is able to do that. I am assuming there would need to be a dongle of some sort to connect the camera to the android device. This is not for a phone. Please let me know if you have this experience. I want a web-based admin dashboard that controls it. I would like to be able to change background images, music and other objects as well as duplicate effects to edit them and create new effects.
