CYBERSECURITY EXPERT REQUIRED

I need a highly skilled cybersecurity professional.
I believe my mobile device was hacked and I wanted to trace the person responsible. Is there any way this would be possible with your help? (I have factory re-set my phone since)... I have details on those I believe are behind it (social media, mobile numbers, address) but I can't be 100% certain they're responsible, so unable to take appropriate action. Along with concern over personal data, there is was on my device some sensitive business and financial data.
