Build Typeform-Based Emotion Scoring Tool (with Google Sheets Integration)
Project Summary
I’m looking for a freelancer to help me build a simple but powerful emotion-scoring tool using Typeform + Google Sheets
The tool — called Affect to Action™— helps people identify their emotional state using three numeric inputs and matches it to a specific emotion with tailored strategies for behavioural change.
I’ve built the prototype in Excel. Now I want to move it into a cleaner, more usable format for private use in workshops and consultancy sessions.
What I Need You to Build
A branded Typeform where users: * Enter their **Name + Email * Score themselves 0–100 on:
* Enjoyment * Excitement * Power
Behind-the-scenes:
Use my Excel-based scoring logic to calculate the primary matched emotionLook up a matching shift strategy (data provided)Display the result at the end of the form (Emotion + Strategy)Save all form responses and results into a connected Google Sheet
Output Example
At the end of the form, the user should see something like:
