Goal: Design Furniture and Space Optimization for Two Bedrooms and Hallway Closet
I am seeking a skilled architect or interior designer to collaborate on a comprehensive furniture and space optimization project for my home. The focus is on two bedrooms and a hallway closet, with the goal of maximizing storage, improving functionality, and creating a more inviting and cohesive aesthetic throughout.
Scope of Work:
Bedroom 1:- Redesign existing layout to accommodate more functional furniture and improve the overall feel of the space.- Create custom storage solutions that complement the existing bed, dresser, and TV.- Develop a design concept that enhances the ambiance and maximizes available space.- Removing existing closet is not an option.
Bedroom 2 (Guest Room and Study):- Integrate a full-height closet (2.39m) and optimize shelving solutions for books and board games.- Design flexible storage options for guest needs.- Create a spacious and well-organized workspace accommodating multiple screens and drawers for office supplies.
Hallway Closet:- Design a full-height, custom-built closet maximizing the available wall space (1.86m x 0.55m) and height (2.39m) for pantry storage.
Desired Outcomes:- Detailed architectural drawings and/or 3D renderings showcasing the proposed furniture designs and space optimization solutions.- Recommendations on materials, color palettes, and lighting to achieve a cohesive design vision.
About the Project:- I have existing floor plans with measurements (attached) that will provide a basis for the design process.- I am open to creative solutions and exploring various design styles.- Initial concepts can guide local furniture builders in the final construction phase.
Deliverables:
- I expect a set of files for each room illustrating the design. - Files should not require external third-party licensed tools to view. - Files can be delivered in common formats such as PDF, JPG, MP4, or any self-running format.
