Content writer required for monthly blog

Hi,
I am looking for a content writer to plan a blogging strategy and write a series of blogs that will be posted monthly. This is for a landscape gardening company.
My requirement includes:1. Produce a list of target keyphrases suitable for a blog to include search volumes and SEO searchability score2. Produce a schedule of when the blogs will be posted (seasonal etc.)3. Each blog to be a minimum of 500-600+ words and must include:- Meta title- Meta description- Target key phrase(s) (naturally)- Either an internal or external link with appropriate anchor text- Image or infographic (I can provide access to premium stock site)4. Blogs sent in word / similar
You will ideally be a native English speaking content writer with a sound appreciation of SEO who is prepared to spend time researching this sector and produce a strategy with 6 blogs to be posted Jan-Jun.
