Recruitment Service Specialist - Non-European Worker Placement

I am seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Service Specialist that will help me to connect with employers in Schengen countries, offering work visa sponsorship opportunities. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong experience in job searching, and is passionate about connecting international talent with employment opportunities.
Note: I am a non-European Citizen and I am looking for a job opportunity. You will help me identify and build relationships with employers in Schengen countries that offer work visa sponsorship for non-European workers.
Your requirements:- Strong background in recruitment and job searching, preferably with a focus on international hiring and work visa sponsorship.- Good Understanding of immigration procedures and regulations in Schengen countries is a plus.- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

1 How long have you been working as a recruiter specifically in International talent placement?2 Do you have connections with employers that offer job and work visa sponsorship for non-European workers?3 Explain your experience with this kind of project briefly.
