TABLET APP
1. Name of business in top left of screen on app (feed from admin page - restaruant name?)
2. Warning Triangle on warning notifcations pop ups.
3. Checklists - dropdown to save Checklists with names to account (In top right of screen similar to indeed)- so can use same checklists in opening / closing to save time. And have default guardstar checklist on all at start.
4 Add weekly checklists (will need to add to admin setup screen also to specify time to do by - day / time)
5 HACCP section - view plan created in Admin website. Feeds into App.
6 Add delivery section > add button to click and add supplier which is pop up.
7 Add weekly checks + delivery to report
8 Temperature data displayed on graph by hour per sensor so can view current day (24 hours) / and inc last day (48 hours) / 7 days etc. Need to see if fridge down for 4 hours as per cafe Nero request. Also does by each sensor work? To select / de-select
- Temperature out of range guidance - can it remember how long it was out of safe range for? And Save this and advise if this fridge needs to be restocked & food/drink discarded? Ai
10 Allergy - Button at bottom of screen. Brings up full allergy matrix (which eho always ask for). This will need to be uploaded to Admin website in allergy section
11 . Click on fridge / freezer temperature icon and it shows temperature for last 24 hours (graph by 30 mins)
ADMIN WEBSITE
1.Name of business in top left of screen (dropdown to select other branches)

3.Incidents - can edit incidents?

4. Make MOBILE WEBSITE - Does not fit Ito iPhone / mobile screen? Better mobile functionality on this.
5.Title of meta website “web site created by create react app” - meta data. Should be “GuardStar Food Safety System Client Login”

7.Graph - Temperature data by hour per sensor so can view one day / 2 day / 3 day. (Need to see it fridge down for 4 hours )
8.Add tickbox to alert if fridge / freezer outside of temperature range for more than 4 hours (different warning notification - items cannot be used).
SUPER ADMIN WEBSITE
1. Broadcast message function - to notify all users of updates to software and Food Safety Regulation guidelines. Pop up appears on Tablet.
2. Fields to add to accounts: Change Pincode to postcode / Add Country Location to accounts and Jurisdiction (UK, EU, USA etc) / Add monthly cost / start date / end date / Guardstar account manager / contact phone number / contact person / VAT Number / Number of Fridges / Number of Freezers / Total Sensors on account / Customer Notes
3. Add sub accounts to Accounts for branches.
4. Username - create username so can login by username or email
5. Update App? Push notification to update app?
6. Mission Control of sites - battery health / tasks completed etc?
7. Alerts if site disconnects / battery health / sensors etc?
