We have a great, exciting opportunity for you if you have at least one year’s proven experience of paid media, including Google PPC and Social Media Advertising.
As a fast-growing home improvements Marketing Agency that partners with 60+ companies managing their online marketing and lead generation we are now looking for someone with at least one year’s relevant experience in digital marketing to join our expanding team.
All our clients use us to manage their paid advertising on Google, Facebook and Instagram.
You will be working closely with a small team of creative designers and website/landing page developers servicing UK and overseas clients.
You must have at least one year of experience with Google Ads and Facebook and Instagram ads. It is essential that you understand the basics of paid advertising campaigns (PPC) on these platforms.
Further training and support on our step by step proven system will be given but we are looking for someone who already feels confident to manage and execute paid-for media for our clients and who now wants to increase their skills and knowledge with paid ads and grow with the Company.
Position Overview:
The primary purpose of the role is to manage and execute the paid media for our clients on Google, Facebook and Instagram. You will ensure that all aspects of paid media are managed in compliance with company guidelines, and in alignment with the client’s goals and objectives.
You will also be responsible for managing the agency’s performance reports and ensuring that all client-provided data is accurate and up to date.
All training will be provided to follow our own step-by-step proven system, but an essential requirement is that you must have at least one year’s relevant experience of PPC.

Remote Working
Working from home 1-2 days a week available. You will need to commute to our offices in Colchester.
Objectives of the Role:
To provide a responsive, professional PPC digital marketing service to support our busy team.
Responsibilities:
Onboard new clients - You will be responsible for taking new clients through our onboarding process working with our Client Services Manager.
New campaign set up - You will follow our operating procedure for creating new client campaigns. This includes working with the web design team to set up tracking and the graphic/video team for creative assets.
Optimise and report - You will manage your client account campaigns on a daily basis looking for trends and performance. You will have to make decisions based on data.
Managing Clients - You will work closely with our Client Services Manager. You'll need to feedback to clients about current performance, make requested changes to campaigns and create reports when needed.
Essential Skills and Abilities:
You must have at least one year’s proven experience in these key areas:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Meta Facebook, Instagram Advertising
- Meta Advertising Across Facebook & Instagram
- Lead generation campaigns using lead ads and website leads
- Know your way around the business manager
- Confident analysing the KPI data in the business manager
- Confident in creating reports
- Know how to create event codes, domain whitelisting, API tracking and Pixel checking
- Able to produce well written, accurate reports
- Confident managing 20+ campaigns
- Confident in making decisions on scaling campaigns
- Work closely with the team, creative designers and website/landing page developers
- Good understanding of conversion campaigns
- Good understanding of keyword research
- Copywriting skills for direct response advertising
- Creative ideas for social media adverts and video
- Analysing data and make decisions
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Can work well on own from home
- Self starter and can manage your own work schedule
- Can commute to Colchester office for meetings
Qualifications And Experience:
·Degree in a related field (preferred) (e.g. Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, etc)·1+ years’ experience in paid media management (essential)·1+ years’ experience in digital marketing management (essential)·1+ years’ experience in Google AdWords·1+ years of experience managing an agency’s performance reports (preferred)· Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and other related software programs (preferred)·Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
