So I want to create a web based application (no mobile app).
The website will allow salons, barbershop, and car wash owners to create a reward program for their regular clients. For example, if a customer comes to the barbershop 5 times a week, they get a discount or a free cut next time they come.The salon or barbershop owners will be vendors and they will subscribe in order to use this web application. We will have a free version with limited features and a paid version with unlimited features.
If you can design such a system in Wordpress that will be ideal and first prize. Alternative you can build it with any programming language combination.
This system should have 3 dashboards, namely:
Main dashboard This admin dashboard allows us to set price for each vendor, to manually remove or add users. And basically to make any changes we want.
Vendor dashboardThey should be able to list their services and see who their registered customers are and how many points each client has accumulated and be able to manually add points. They should be able to decide with the want to cancel their plan or upgrade from the free version.They should be able to send notifications via WhatsApp/sms and email.
Customer dashboard They should be able to sign up easily for free and keep track of their points even from multiple vendors.
The free plan should allow vendors to sign up for free but limit the amount of customers they can have.
The paid version should have all the features.
