Experienced Technical Writer

Description

The Technical Writer collaborates with teams in the company to collect and codify technical information into quality internal and customer-facing documentation. This candidate will work directly with teams on material at a high (and low) level of technical detail. Team engagement may include receiving raw material electronically, through chats/email, and/or capture during meetings. Tools used include Google Docs, Sheets, Chat and Email in addition to Lucid Chart and SmartSheet. This person is self motivated, organized, an excellent communicator, and not afraid to ask “I don’t know” questions to grow their technical knowledge and improve the end product.
