Create a pattern from an existing design

Description

I have a paper pattern from the 1950s which I would like to have in a much bigger size and to specific measurements - my client is petite - so short in the back.
I have attached the pattern cover, the reverse where there is a pattern layout and also photos of the pattern made up in the size on the pattern.
I make wedding dresses and use a lot of 50s patterns so am looking for someone to size/grade patterns on an individual basis for me for future too.
I'm looking for quotes for this specific project please and not just an hourly rate - thanks! I've just set the fee of £50 to start the project.
