Looking for a Webflow Web Developer that uses Client First 2.1

Description

Brief:We are a digital marketing agency looking for either a freelancer or an agency to outsource some of our Webflow Client-First 2.1 website development work to. We currently have some internal expertise in Webflow and web development within our in-house team; however, we are now at a point where we need additional assistance to speed up the website development process.
We currently have 2-3 websites that require ongoing web development (this number may also increase in the future). Most of these websites are focused on lead generation, so we would ideally like a freelancer or agency with experience in this area.
Examples of work you will be expected to implement (non-exhaustive):- Building landing pages to implement and monitor conversion rate optimisation experiments.- Building web pages from a provided brief or Figma file - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web application performance and functionality.- Converting existing structures to the Finsweet/Relume Client First 2.1 framework.- Testing website performance, identifying and rectifying any issues or bugs.- Suggesting improvements with regards to build, functionality and efficiencies.- Have a good understanding of UI and UX.- Attention to detail and a thorough testing protocol are imperative.
In addition to the points listed above, we would also like someone who can use their experience to provide us with their expert opinion on the design of elements, components and pages.
Requirements - we are looking for the following skills:
Webflow Focused - All of the website development work we require will be done on the Webflow platform; therefore, we are looking for a developer with a large amount of experience using Webflow, specifically Client First 2.1.
Responsive Design - An understanding and ability to build/optimise for fully responsive design to ensure cross-browser and cross-device (screen-size) compatibility.
UX - Prioritises building websites with great UX, a user-friendly experience and accessibility, as well as having a solid understanding of web page conversion optimisation (Ideally for lead generation websites)
UI - Possesses strong visual design skills and an excellent eye for detail. At the same time, it is essential to adhere to brand guidelines to create design consistency.
Class Framework The ability to build in the Client First 2.1 Framework using clean, understandable, and consistent classes across our Webflow environment.
FigmaAbility to use Figma, turning visual mockups into webflow pages and components.
SEO and Website optimisationAble to implement SEO and build for website optimisation to improve speed and efficiency, focusing on minimising page load times and enhancing overall responsiveness.
Communication and job managementEasy to contact (ideally using Slack or Google Meet) and demonstrate a process to monitor task progression to meet deadlines effectively.
Continuous LearningStay updated with new Webflow features, changes to the Client First framework, industry trends and best practices to improve web development processes continually.

Budget: We are looking to start working on a project-by-project basis, with the potential to move to a flexible monthly retainer.
