Change word press theme

Description

My current website theme is out of date and I do not have the service plan for it. The current theme is salient, would like it moved to a WordPress theme retraining the current website. The new theme should preserve the look and feel of the current design but with an updated interface optimized for modern browsers. Applicants should demonstrate experience customizing WordPress themes for professional services sites, integrating third party plugins, and ensuring ADA/WCAG accessibility standards are met. Portfolio examples of prior WordPress thememigrations welcome. Project involves analyzing existing site, recommending an appropriate replacement theme, installing/configuring, testing and providing training materials.
