Soft & Hard Landscaping of Semi Detached house - UK Based

I need a designer who specialises in Soft & Hard Landscaping within the UK. I have a property where there is no growth within the existing soft landscaped areas. I need a design not just on the basics of surface finishes but also on the build-up beneath the hard and soft landscaped areas. At the front of the property, only the soft landscaped areas can changed. I would like to maintain the grassed area but this will need to be removed, drained and the opportunity of a knee high hedgerow along the footpath. Beneath the front window, the stoned area currently, I would like proposals here also. To the rear of the property, the heating oil tank is the major fixture, perhaps this could be housed in a shed our an open air covering. We would like to remove the slope on the garden, re-fence the perimeter have a boundary marking to enable easier maintenance of the lawn area around the fencing. If you think this would be a project for you, I would be keen to hear your proposals.
