Create Logo from PDF

Hello,
I created a brand identity system with a design partner last year. We chose to go with "route A". However, I have changed my mind and would like to go with "Route B". My old contractor is no longer doing freelance work. So I am looking for someone who can recreate a logo (a sunburst image) and a wordmark from a PDF image. No new thinking is required. I will need the following deliverables:
Sunburst image: PDF, JPG, PNG, SVG.Wordmark 1A: PDF, JPG, PNG, SVG.Workmark 1B: PDF, JPG, PNG, SVG.
