Transcribe a word document with headers and footers

A freelancer is needed to professionally reformat twenty existing risk assessment documents into a new template. The original documents contain text, images, tables and were created using Microsoft Word. Each needs to be carefully transcribed whilst maintaining the underlying structure, layout and visual design.
