Presentation Folder to be designed

Hi,
I am looking for a UK-based graphics designer to design a presentation folder. We require just the front and back, and not the inside.
We need this design to be complete ASAP, brand details will be sent across prior to acceptal of proposal.
We require the presentation folder to be on-brand, and meet our brand guidelines. Please share examples of previous design work with your proposal.
So I know you have provided a custom proposal, please include the word SOCIALISTIC at the start of your proposal.
