I have been working with Cloudflare, and they have directed me to a website that provides detailed results on why a website is performing slowly, including a full report of the code and images that are causing the issues. I am therefore in a much better position to objectively understand the service the website developer is providing and the time needed to deliver results. I would appreciate regular updates on speed improvements every 4 hours, once each stage is completed, based on the areas I have identified as needing improvement to improve page speed. This will help me understand which areas have seen the most progress, if any. The areas identified are: Stage 1. Reduce Page Size: Minimize HTTP Requests: Combine CSS and JavaScript files, and use cache-friendly image formats.
