Need website based on reference site

Description

Need to create a website similar to reference site which provides sound notification whenever a new job is posted matching skills that are assigned under my account section. You can check functionality by going to My account page and then select skills. After that go to projects notifications Tab and you can hear instant sound when new job is posted.
