Someone to do small ad-hoc wordpress changes on a ongoing basis

Description

Hi,I have a wordpress site.
I ask my original website developer to make small (paid for ) changes/ tweaks to the site on an almost weekly/ monthly basis. He's been great for the last year or do but is now becoming a bit unreliable.
Basically looking for someone to step into his shoes and make changes as and when required.
Ideally looking for someone that can do each request of change within 12-24 hours
Must be responsive with good communication.
